Peanut Butter Hummus

This is a protein packed dip with the goodness of peanut butter & chickpeas. Adapted from one of Nigella`s recipes, this will definitely get your guests talking at your next party.

 

These can be served with SPICED PITA CHIPS & CHIA & SESAME CHIPS.

What you need-

  • 1 cup chickpeas, boiled

  • 1 garlic cloves

  • 4 tbsp peanut butter 

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • ¼ cup Roasted Peanuts 

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • 1/4 cup cold water 

  • Salt and pepper

  • Chilly flakes​

 

 

Putting it all together-

 

1.In a food processor,blend all the ingredients adding water bit by bit as required. Add more water to loosen the mix and make a smooth blend.

2. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle olive oil on top. Add some roasted peanuts on top for some crunch.

3. Serve with warm pita bread, lavash, crackers or veggie crudités.
