What you need-
Putting it all together-
1.In a food processor,blend all the ingredients adding water bit by bit as required. Add more water to loosen the mix and make a smooth blend.
2. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle olive oil on top. Add some roasted peanuts on top for some crunch.
3. Serve with warm pita bread, lavash, crackers or veggie crudités.
