Fresh Mango Ice Cream (No Churn)

Summer heat also means the arrival of the king of fruits - Mangoes !!! And what's better than ice cream and mangoes put together.

The mango puree is just mangoes blended in a blender. Do not add any water. Have a look at the video on my YouTube channel.

What you need-

  • 200 gms of condensed milk (1/2 cup)

  • 250 ml (1 cup) whipping cream

  • ½ cup mango puree

Putting it all together-

  1. Chill cream in the fridge. Whip the cream till you have soft peaks.

  2. Combine the mango puree and condensed milk. Add some more condenses milk if you want it sweeter.

  3. Mix in the whipped cream with the mango puree and condensed milk mixture.

  4. Pour the mix into a loaf tin/cake tin and freeze for min 3 hours.
